PTCManager, operated by REDLIVE LTD, processes account, billing and analytical information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
Data we process
This may include your name, email address, current and historical IP address, country or country code when available from hosting/network headers, login and activity timestamps, subscription and invoice records, manually entered Neobux metrics, application usage logs, consent records and security/anti-abuse signals.
Trial abuse and security
To enforce the one-time 12-hour trial and protect the service, we may use IP address information, hashed browser/device fingerprint signals, user-agent characteristics and a device cookie. Administrators may block abusive IP/device combinations.
Activity analytics
We record application activity such as recent access times and interaction counts to provide account history, security controls, support and aggregate engagement reporting. Account administrators may review account analytics, invoices, subscription status and activity when necessary to operate the service.
Payments
Payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal or Cryptomus process payment details under their own privacy practices. PTCManager stores transaction references and billing status rather than full card credentials.
Transactional email may be delivered through Resend for verification, trial, billing, subscription, invoice and service notifications.
Retention and account closure
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet accounting/legal requirements, enforce trial limits and protect the platform. Closing an account stops access and cancels the active subscription; some billing, consent, fraud-prevention and legal records may be retained where reasonably required.
Your choices
You may update your email and password from your profile and may close your account. You may also contact the service operator regarding access, correction or deletion requests where applicable.
